· As many products are handmade or printed in batches, minor variations may occur.

· Sizes are approximate unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

· All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

· Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.

· Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

· We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers.

4. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, strikes, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

6. International Orders

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs charges, taxes, or import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Non-Personalised Items

Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.

To qualify for a refund:

· Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

· Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs where possible.

We will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

Personalised or Custom Orders

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

All artwork, designs, illustrations, product images, branding, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of On The Rocks Designs.

9. Custom Design Services

If we provide bespoke or commissioned design services:

· Design timelines are estimates only.

· Proofs must be approved before printing.

· Minor revisions may be included; additional revisions may incur charges.

· Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Copyright of custom work remains with On The Rocks Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Promotional Codes

Discount codes:

· Cannot be exchanged for cash

· May expire without notice

· Cannot usually be combined with other offers unless stated

We reserve the right to withdraw promotions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

· Indirect or consequential losses

· Delays outside our control

· Minor colour or print variations

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including for defective products or negligence causing injury.
